Return & Refund Policy

At Setzu LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read through our policy below to understand how to return items and request a refund.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags, boxes, or bags.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns on the following items, but not limited to:

  • Items damaged during shipping, not in its orginal packaging and singles (individual trading cards that are not sealed).

2. How to Return an Item

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at setzusells@gmail.com or via our Contact Page within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return (e.g., product name, reason for return).
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • If the item is damaged or not in its original condition, we may deduct a restocking fee or refuse the return.
  • If your return is not approved, we will contact you with an explanation and may offer a partial refund or exchange.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at setzusells@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and process a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [Your Contact Email].

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

9. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States and its territories, you may be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. Please ensure that all return shipments are marked as “returned goods” to avoid customs fees on our end.
